Well I'm back... The top answer(s) that I received was... The Purest. No fly by night knitters here, no sir!
I think that I am the ALL OVER THE PLACE knitter. I'm the purest, the snob, and I do occasionally suffer from Knit-xiety. Unlike the the snob I can admit that I have problems, but much like the snob I can be, well, for lack of a better word a snob. Though I will say for my mom I will knit a chenille/ fun fur scarf......
Any way.................... I recently rediscovered Ewe'll love it. An amazing knitting store in Nashua NH. Right away when you walk in, it's like a warm atmosphere of knit-paradise. Amazing yarns, great books and of course Lantern Moon needles (they do have other needles, but I only have eyes for them)..... All on two floors!!!!! When you walk in (at least the two times that I have been there) you are greeted by Beverly. I don't think I've ever met a nicer yarn store associate... You are greeted with a smile and a warmth that isn't usually in a yarn store....argue if you will, but hardcore knitters, the ones that actually open yarn stores, aren't usually the nicest.......anyway I digress.....My friends who don't knit or look like knitters or are in the slightest bit interested in knitting were greeted with a smile (not a fake smile, but a real one). I don't know about any of you, but that means a lot to me when I go into an establishment. So anyway....Boy I ramble don't I?........So if you are in the Nashua area check out Ewe'll love it! Heck if you're not check out there web site: www.ewellloveit.com
What did I buy in the fine fine store, you might be asking yourself? Well I'll tell you.... A pair of sz.6 circular Lantern Moon needles, two skeins of Angora yarn by Elsebeth Lavold (lime green and blue <- they made the best scarf) and a knitting water bottle (it was so cute www.knitonecrochettoo.com/waterbottle.htm)
This weeks question....What really freaks you out about knitting? Whether you are struggling with something or you just can't bring yourself to go to that next level.....Lets talk about it...
Please feel free to comment and let me know whats on your mind.....
